Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email.

(If payment by bank check we will wait for the full collection, i.e. 15 days delay)

For France:

• orders below €500 are processed by La Poste by registered letter R3.
• Orders over €500 are processed by the Post Office with insured declared value up to €5,000.

For international:

• Whatever the amount, orders are processed and insured by UPS or DHL.

Free return within 14 days.

As a buyer, you have a 14-day reflection period on your purchase.

Indeed, if the currency does not suit you, you can request a refund.

Simply notify us by email, send us the change (at your expense and with insurance).

Thus after examination of the currency, you will be fully refunded within 30 days.
